We ask a contribution towards our overhead costs of just £7.00 per hour for charitable organisations and £10 per hour for individuals and other organisations.
The space is versatile and can be set up as a cafe style or theatre style. Alternatively, the tables are foldable and the chairs stackable so a large space can be cleared for other purposes. (Please put it back how you found it!)
We have a fully equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee and fruit teas available at 50p each on a trust basis. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments.
The space is wi-fi enabled and wheelchair accessible. If you would like to take a look around, please contact us as above.

We also have a small, one-to-one room for use, usually used by counsellors but equally handy for freelancers who do not wish to hold meetings at home, or would like an hour or even a day away from home. It’s within the main office space at the hub, giving you the best of both worlds – not lonely but private. With wifi, table and electricity points, the contribution towards this is just £6 per hour.
The Hub is just off the main bus route and there is ample, free on street car parking, with a free car park also nearby. It is easily accessed by car from the M2 motorway and A229 Maidstone Road.
