Cupcake Day for Alzheimer’s

We’re delighted to invite you to a Cupcake Day for Alzheimer’s at the Hub on Thursday, June 14.

It will run from 1-4pm and all profits will go to the charity. If you’d like to donate cakes, please just bring them along on the day. Alternatively, just donate cash in exchange for the lovely cakes we know will be on offer, and settle down for a chat over a plateful and a cuppa while we raise money for this fantastic cause.

No need to book, just turn up! We look forward to seeing you 🙂

During the final hour, from 3.15pm, we will be hosting a free Dementia Friends session – just email us to book in at community@waldersladehub.org.

Fundraising Talk: Places of Entertainment in the Medway Towns

PLEASE NOTE, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Join us for a journey through Medway, with a ‘then’ and ‘now’ look at the entertainment venues across the towns.

Starting from Cliffe and moving right across through to Rainham, our host Ian will fascinate us with the history of these iconic venues.

Ticket price includes refreshments of wine, hot drinks, soft drinks and snacks, although you’re more than welcome to bring your own.

The talk will take place on Tuesday, July 17 from 7pm-8pm, with time to enjoy some more refreshments and a chat afterwards. Doors open at 6.30pm and tickets are £5.50 including booking fee.
